Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize procurement, logistics, and warehouse management operations. The position focuses on achieving efficiency, cost control, and timely supply while upholding international quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement systems, evaluating suppliers, and introducing innovative global procurement practices.
Mandatory probationary period with a duration of 3 months. Employment continuation and final salary will be determined at the end of this probationary period.
Plan, organize, and manage procurement and supply chain operations efficiently.
Ensure cost-effective, timely purchasing and delivery of materials and equipment.
Evaluate supplier performance and improve material and logistics processes.
Optimize inventory management and warehouse operations.
Introduce international best practices, innovative technologies, and warehouse standards.
Support project teams by ensuring uninterrupted material and service supply.
Maintain compliance with internal procurement procedures and financial controls.
Collaborate across departments to improve supply efficiency and cost tracking.
Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and expense analyses for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5–7 years of professional experience in procurement or logistics.
Experience in the mining industry preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in English.
Skilled in using computer software and procurement management systems.
Familiarity with international procurement standards and procedures.
